Products - BlackBox

BlackBox is a system (patent pending) for helping manufacturers estimate the risk of product failure due to abuse and for assigning responsibility for product abuse to a person or a process. The system comprises a shock or impact detection sensor which is located on product units or their container(s), a reader for capturing and transmitting sensor data and an analytical decision support engine for linking the sensor data to warranty claims for the purpose of analysis. The analytical engine interfaces with ClaimsGator audit software to provide a complete view on the reverse logistics process.
